Interior design services are provided only after a signed design agreement has been executed by both parties. Project scope, fees, payment schedules, deliverables, revisions, and timelines will be outlined in the individual client agreement.
Pearl Co. Home reserves the right to decline projects at its discretion.
4. Fees, Payments & Cancellations
Consultation fees, design fees, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are outlined in each client’s individual service agreement.
Any purchases of furnishings, fixtures, finishes, or materials are subject to the terms established at the time of ordering.
If Pearl Co. Home must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments due under the applicable agreement will be handled in accordance with that agreement.
5. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate information regarding products, materials, finishes, and specifications. However, colors, textures, natural materials, dimensions, availability, and pricing may vary between manufacturers and suppliers.
Pearl Co. Home is not responsible for changes made by third-party manufacturers, discontinued products, shipping delays, or variations in natural materials.
